John has worked in the residential housing industry for over 35 years, specialising in layout design and streetscape master planning.  Prior to joining the team, John worked as an in-house designer for two large PLC companies - Macbryde Homes in North Wales and the Berkeley Group in Manchester.  John’s main tasks within those companies was to work alongside the Land Director to produce viable planning sketches and then obtain a favourable planning decision.

 John’s vast knowledge and experience of local housing markets and planning design policies,allows him to provide an excellent level of service for our clients; right through from producing viability planning sketches to detailed planning applications.  John’s portfolio ranges from bespoke individual properties, to schemes with over 500 dwellings!
